The new Reliance Jio plan offers unlimited voice and data for a period of six months.

NEW DELHI: The JioPhone Monsoon Hungama offer was announced by the Reliance Jio last week. Under the offer, mobile subscribers using feature phone of any brand can exchange it with new JioPhone for an effective price of Rs 501. Along with the JioPhone exchange offer, Reliance Jio has also announced a special recharge plan, which comes at the cost of Rs 594. The Rs. 594 plan provides 6-month validity, and the amount will be paid at the time of activation of the JioPhone. The plan bundles data, call, and message benefits. It offers unlimited voice and data for a period of six months. There’s a daily cap of 500MB on data usage under the Rs 594 plan. Reliance Jio is also providing a coupon of Rs 101 giving 6GB data additionally. The Rs 594 recharge pack offers 84GB data in total for six months and 6GB additional data takes total data to 90GB over six months. "As part of JioPhone Monsoon Hungama Offer, you need to make an upfront payment of Rs. 501 as refundable security deposit for new JioPhone. You will also get a special JioPhone Recharge Plan of Unlimited Voice & Data for 6 months on paying only Rs 594 at the time of activation. Additionally, you will also get a special exchange bonus of 6GB data voucher, worth Rs 101. You will get a total of 90 GB data over 6 months," the company said. You can exchange any 2G, 3G, 4G (non-VOLTE) phone which is not older than January 1st 2015, to avail this offer. You need to ensure that the existing phone and its charger are both are undamaged and in working condition. The new JioPhone comes with a Jio SIM. You may also port-in your existing number via MNP process. To avail this offer, customers need to visit their Jio Retailer or nearest Jio Store.
