The cab drivers are avoiding the area because of the drunk customers. Drunk customers are becoming a trouble for cab drivers, as it is becoming difficult to handle customers who are not in their senses. Sometimes, the customers do not have money to pay for the ride, the drivers can somehow manage with the male customers, but things get more complex with female passengers.
