The fourth and last Penumbral Lunar Eclipse of 2020 is set to occur on Monday November 30. The eclipse also called the Chandra Grahan will be marked on the fifteenth lunar day of Kartik (November–December) month and is celebrated on the Purnima (full moon) day. What is Lunar Eclipse?
A Lunar Eclipse occurs when the Moon moves into the shadow of Earth. There are three types of lunar eclipses - Penumbral, Total and Partial. A penumbral lunar eclipse is a phenomenon where the Moon moves through the outer part of the Earth’s shadow, thus becoming very faint.
In India, this will be the fourth and last Penumbral lunar eclipse. The first lunar eclipse took place on January 10, the second on June 5 and the third on July 5.

As per early inputs, the eclipse will begin at 07:32 UTC (1:02 PM IST) on November 30. The maximum time of the eclipse will be at 09:42 UTC (3:12 PM). It will end at 11:53 UTC (5:23 PM IST). It is a penumbral lunar eclipse.
Where will Lunar Eclipse 2020 be visible?
According to the several media reports, the lunar eclipse will be seen in most of Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, South America, Pacific, Atlantic, Arctic, depending on the weather condition in each location.
As per drikpnachang, the penumbral eclipse in India would be visible from few northern and eastern parts including Patna, Ranchi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Varanasi and Bhubaneshwar.
