Kashmir varsity's youth festival 'Sonzal 2017' concludes

Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], December 19 (ANI): The eight-day long youth festival 'Sonzal-2017' concluded at the University of Kashmir here on Monday.

The purpose of this festival was to promote cultural and traditional activities and also to provide a platform to the students to show their hidden talent.

Nearly, hundreds of students from 40 degree colleges and 45 university teaching departments competed in different competitions including quiz, debate, elocution, poster-making, painting, cartoon-making, rangoli, clay-modelling, spot photography, one-act play, mimicry, classical, folk and instrumental music.

This festival was organised by the department of student's welfare in university's auditorium of Gandhi Bhawan. (ANI)
