Tips To Cure Insomnia: Follow These Tips To Get Sound Sleep At Night

New Delhi: Insomnia has become a common problem nowadays. Often many times people find it difficult falling asleep at night and even if they do, they wake up in the middle of night. If you too are facing this problem, then the culprit is a changing lifestyle and a hectic life.

People complain of insomnia often due to excessive stress and gradually it becomes a serious problem. If you too are going through this, we are going to give you some tips which will help you get rid of insomnia. 

Maintain sleeping routine

No matter how busy a lifestyle you may have, it is very important to set a fixed time to sleep. For this, first fix the right time for sleeping and waking up. Initially you may have difficulty following this routine but there will be no problem after you fall into the habit It will be a part of your routine.

Take care of these things

In today's time, people are glued to computers and mobiles all day long. It has become a very significant part of life. We should keep in mind that excessive use of anything can be harmful to the body. Once you are done with office work, make sure to stay away from computer and mobile. Avoid excessive consumption of beverages like tea and coffee. Also avoid spicy and heavy meals at night.

Take healthy diet at night

Before going to bed, make sure that you don't have a heavy dinner. You can have a glass of warm milk before going to bed. You can also eat cherries, poppy seeds, nuts etc. before going to bed. You can also use lavender oil, etc., but make sure to consult a doctor before using it. Drink a lot of water before going to bed. This will help you to get a good sleep.

Massaging the soles of your feet 

Before going to bed, clean your hands and feet properly with cold water and massage them later. It improves the blood circulation in the body thereby relaxing us which helps in enabling a sound sleep.

Yoga 
Yoga is considered to be beneficial for all. Practicing yoga daily relieves insomnia and provides extremely good sleep at night.
