Post 'Kavach', Mahek Chahal OPENS UP on Living-in with boyfriend Ashmit Patel!

Macheck Chahal and Ashmit Patel are one of the hottest couples of the Television industry. They came into notice with 'Power Couple' and the actress had to recently quit Color's 'Kavach' due to an injury. In an interview given to 'SpotBoyE', Mahek got candid about her relationship with Ashmit Patel.   The actress was asked about her marriage plans and she said, ''Too early to say. It's been just about a year since we started dating. Plus, we are not 16 that we want to rush into a marriage. We are taking it by the day.'' Mahek talked about her love life and how cupid struck for her and Ashmit. She added,''Well, we used to meet up in our common friends’ circle. We got to know each other well only since the past 2 years when we started working out together in the same gym. I realised that we had similar tastes and we struck an amazing chemistry.'' When asked about who proposed first, the actress was quick to respond, ''Arre, aisa kuch nahi hua. The friendship had intensified, the bonding had strengthened, we knew what we had started feeling for each other. Dono ko hi 'I love you' bolne ki zaroorat nahi padi.'' However, she did add that she has met Ashmit's parents and her sister. She said, '' Yes. They are lovely people. In fact, tonight, Ashmit's parents celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary and we both will party with them.''
