TV actress Karishma Tanna has come in full support of Rajkumar Hirani, against the allegations of sexual harassment that have been made against him by a crew member. Tanna who has worked with the filmmaker in Ranbir Kapoor starrer blockbuster Sanju where she was seen as Vicky Kaushal's girlfriend. While speaking to entertainment portal Bollywoodlife, the actress said that more than being shocked, she was upset at the allegations. “I would like to say that whoever is trying to do it, is very immature. Someone like him, a veteran and a respectable director and producer like him, I cannot even think of it. I have worked with him and it has been a brilliant pleasure and outstanding experience. When I heard the news, more than being shocked I was very upset,” she told. Karishma Tanna comes out in support of 'Sanju' director Rajkumar Hirani over his sexual assault allegations! On a related note, Hirani has been accused by a crew member of repeatedly assaulting her over several months during the production of Sanju. Hirani has denied all allegations as “false and completely unjustified. #MeToo: Emraan Hashmi & Boney Kapoor react on sexual harassment allegations against Raj Kumar Hirani! According to a HuffPost India article, the woman claimed that Hirani sexually abused her on more than one occasion over a six-month period between March and September 2018. Earlier, Javed Akhtar, Arshad Warsi, Sharman Joshi, Dia Mirza and many other actors have come out in Hirani's support.
