Hina Khan to be part of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’s ‘Rishton Ka Utsav’? Here’s the truth!

Star Plus’ popular show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ has managed to win the hearts of television viewers with its engaging storyline. The makers of the show starring Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi have recently introduced the ‘Rishton Ka Utsav’ track where Kartik and Naira are hosting a celebration for their family members. Considering it’s sort of reunion, there were speculations that Hina Khan aka Akshara will also be part of the track. However, the Kashmiri beauty, who recently returned to the small screen as new Komolika in ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’, won’t be part of the track. A report in a leading daily suggested that the Bigg Boss 11 finalist is currently busy with her work commitments and it might be difficult for her to return to the show. “Hina Khan made a lasting impression on the viewers as Akshara and carried the character for 8 long years. The family reunion would undoubtedly be incomplete without her presence and hence, the makers are trying their best to bring her on the show to grace the memorable occasion," a source told Times Of India. Hina will soon make her Bollywood debut with a female-oriented film which is being directed by Hussain Khan. The Kashmiri beauty will resume shooting for KZK 2 after wrapping up the film’s shoot and it remains to be seen if she becomes a part of the ‘Rishton Ka Utsav’ track. (Hina as Komolika) "Hina is busy with prior commitments and has her hands full. She is juggling a lot of things at the moment, making it difficult to return to the show. As the show is extremely close to her heart, the makers might be successful in convincing her to appear for the reunion where the entire cast including the old and new artists will share the screen space for the first time,” the source told TOI.
