TV actress Richa Tiwari mourned Preksha Mehta's death on social media. She shared an emotional post, which read, "चहरे की हंसी के पीछे ऎसा बहुत कुछ छुपा होता हैं जिसे हर कोई नहीं समझ सकता। प्रेक्षा का आखरी स्टेटस था-"सबसे बुरा होता हैं सपनों का मर जाना" हमें मेंटल हेल्थ के लिए उतना ही जागरूक होना होगा जितना कि हम फिजिकल हेल्थ के लिए होते हैं। हमारे "एम.पी.एस.डी." परिवार की एक सदस्य अब नहीं रही। (A lot of things are hidden behind the smile on a face that everyone cannot understand. Preksha's last status on Instagram was about the death of dreams. We have to make people aware about mental health as much as we do for physical health. We have lost a family member of Madhya Pradesh School of Drama.)
Preksha was an alumni of Madhya Pradesh School of Drama. Theatre artist Puneet Tiwari, who learned acting with Preksha in MPSD, expressed shock after hearing about her death.
"Preksha went to Indore a few days before the nationwide lockdown was announced. She belonged to a well-to-do family. The news of her death is quite shocking. She was a lively and chirpy girl," Puneet exclusively told ABP News's correspondent Ravi Jain.
Preksha had earlier shared a promo of her episode from 'Crime Patrol' on social media. Check it out!
