'Will Take Petrol Kissies From You Till...': Shahid Kapoor's Wife Mira Rajput Pens Heartfelt Birthday For Son Zain

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput’s son Zain Kapoor turned a year older on Sunday (September 5). The little munchkin, who celebrates her birthday on Teachers’ Day, was born in 2018. On the occasion of Zain’s third birthday, Mira penned a heartfelt post for him on social media.

Rajput shared a video wherein she can be seen building a JCB toy for her baby boy. She revealed that Zain is obsessed with JCBs and she happily spent two hours in building the machine for him.

“Mom the Builder. Happy Birthday my darling son Zain. Your obsession with JCBs and construction sparked the day you could sit with all your cement mixers and road rollers around you and I’d happily spend two hours building this JCB for you all over again. Build with your imagination and love just the way you do. I will take Petrol kissies from you till you’re 20! God bless you my jaan,” Mira wrote on Instagram.

She added, “You have my heart. This JCB came with 4 instruction manuals, 4 different sets of screws and bits, and terrible pictures. But thank you Dad for having us play with Mechanix as kids because I loved doing this (atleast for the first one hour after which my hands had taken a beating). I’ve always enjoyed building things, and that’s probably why I love IKEA but phew, glad this one is done! And it was totally worth it to see my little baby light up with his very own JCB.”

Shahid and Mira welcomed their baby boy Zain Kapoor on September 5, 2018. They are also parents to Misha Kapoor, who turned five on August 26.

On the professional front, Shahid will be next seen in ‘Jersey’. The sports drama is slated to hit the silver screens on November 5, 2021. If things go as per plans, the film co-starring Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur will clash with 'Prithviraj' at the box office. Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chillar will be seen in lead roles in YRF's 'Prithviraj'. 

Shahid will also make his digital debut with Raj and DK's upcoming project. The web series also stars Vijay Sethupathi and Raashi Khanna.
