New Delhi: Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani' trailer is finally here. Karan Johar once again goes back to creating old-world charm in this family drama where Ranveer and Alia's love story takes the centre stage.
The makers dropped the trailer of the much-awaited romance drama of the year on Tuesday.
Karan Johar shared the poster on his social media with the caption, "The power of love and the power of families - both undefeatable. Presenting to you the trailer of #RockyAurRaniKiiPremKahaani - a glimpse of the grand celebration that lies ahead!!!!!💜

The around two minute trailer begins with Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, a much in love couple, deciding to switch their families for three months. Ranveer goes on to live with Alia's family- The Chatterjees and Alia goes on to live with Ranveer's family- The Randhawas. What happens when families decide the fate of their love story is the crux of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani.

On Monday, the makers of the film dropped a new poster to announce the trailer release of the film. Karan Johar also took to his Instagram to share a series of clips from the film that feature Ranveer and Alia lost in each other.
Sharing the pictures that speak volumes about Ranveer and Alia's chemistry in the film, Karan wrote, "Ishq ne kaha mausam ki suni hai… ishq ne mausam banaya hai…. #rockyaurranikiipremkahaani TRAILER OUT TOMORROW!!!!"

'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani' holds a special place for Karan Johar as the film marks his return to the director's chair after a hiatus of six years. The film also releases in the year when Karan completed his 25th anniversary in Bollywood industry.
The teaser, when released, got a thumbs up from a lot of popular celebrities and the audience alike, who have been eagerly awaiting the trailer.
'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' also stars Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan, and Dharmendra in major roles in addition to Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh. The much-awaited romance drama 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' releases in theatres on July 28.
