‘Animal’: Ranbir Kapoor-Parineeti Chopra Starrer Gangster Drama To Hit The Screens Next Year!
Anil Kapoor shared an update about this upcoming gangster drama 'Animal'. The ‘AK Vs AK’ actor shared that ‘Animal’ will hit the screens next year.
New Delhi: ‘Arjun Reddy’ director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is all set to come up with his next directorial venture ‘Animal’ starring Ranbir Kapoor in the role of the protagonist. This movie also stars Parineeti Chopra, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in pivotal roles. At the beginning of this new year 2021, the makers of ‘Animal’ released an audio teaser with just Ranbir’s voice in it.
Recently, Anil Kapoor took to his official Twitter account and shared an update about this upcoming gangster drama. The ‘AK Vs AK’ actor shared that ‘Animal’ will hit the screens on Dussehra 2022.

The plot of the movie revolves around the protagonist played by Ranbir Kapoor who becomes like an animal in nature, according to a report of IANS. While ‘The Girl On The Train’ actress Parineeti Chopra will portray Ranbir’s wife in ‘Animal’, Anil Kapoor will be seen playing the character of the ‘Brahmastra’ actor’s father in the movie. Based on reports, ‘Animal’ is expected to go on floors in June.
Meanwhile, Parineeti Chopra’s latest release ‘The Girl On The Train’ has been receiving praises. The actress is being applauded for her performance in this film. Other than ‘Animal’, the ‘Ishaqzaade’ actress will also be seen starring in ‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’ opposite Arjun Kapoor and in the sports biography of Saina Nehwal, ‘Saina’.
On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen starring alongside Amitabh Bachchan and his girlfriend in Ayan Mukerji’s next ‘Brahmastra’. Mouni Roy will be witnessed portraying the character of the antagonist in this upcoming movie. Ranbir also has ‘Shamshera’ in his kitty.
