‘We Are All Fit And Fine Now’: R Madhavan Tests Negative For COVID-19

R Madhavan tested positive for COVID-19 a day after his '3 Idiots' co-star Aamir Khan tested positive for the virus.

New Delhi: Actor R Madhavan who tested positive a day after Aamir Khan tested positive for the virus shared the news of him and his family testing negative for COVID-19. The ‘3 Idiots’ actor revealed that they are taking utmost precautions and following all the protocols even after testing negative for the virus.

R Madhavan shared in a tweet, “Thank you all for the concern and prayers .All at home including Amma have tested Covid Negative again-Although we have crossed the infection stage we are all taking utmost care,precautions & following protocol even at home.Gods grace we are all fit and fine now”.

As Madhavan tested positive for COVID-19 a day after Aamir Khan, the ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ actor shared the update in a unique way. He took the reference of their film ‘3 Idiots’ and wrote, “Farhan HAS to follow Rancho and Virus has always been after us BUT this time he bloody caught up. BUT-ALL IS WELL and the Covid will be in the Well soon. Though this is one place we don’t want Raju in. Thank you for all the love I am recuperating well.’

Many celebrities including Akshay Kumar, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal and others have also tested positive for coronavirus in the second wave of COVID-19.

Speaking on the professional front, R Madhavan was last seen in the Tamil movie ‘Maara’. He will be next seen starring in ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’, which will also mark his directorial debut.
