'A Treat For You All': 'KGF Chapter 2' Makers To Give Special Surprise To Fans On December 21

KGF Chapter 2: The makers of Yash's much-awaited film have promised to give a big update in two days.

New Delhi: Yash starrer 'KGF' managed to win the hearts of the audience with its powerful storytelling and impeccable performances of the star cast. After receiving a thunderous response at the box office, the makers announced the second chapter of the film. The team is currently busy shooting for 'KGF: Chapter 2', which is slated to hit the silver screens next year. Movie buffs have been eagerly waiting for the flick ever since it was announced that Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt will make his debut in South cinema.

'KGF: Chapter 2' Update

Prashanth Neel, who helmed 'KGF', has donned the hat of the director for the second chapter as well. He took to social media to inform the fans about a special surprise which awaits them. The makers are planning to unveil a big surprise on December 21 at 10:08am. "Here's the much anticipated news of the year! The wait is over! "So finally the day has come, where I can tell you all we are the end of #KGFChapter2. A ritual we always follow on December 21st for our wonderful audiences. You will have it this year too. A treat for you all from the team on 21st December at 10.08 am on all our official handles. Thank you for being patient as always and being our rock through this journey," the makers said in an official statement. The period action drama focused on Rocky's fight against Garuda to free Kolar gold mine from his control. Sanjay Dutt will be seen playing the role of Adheera in the second chapter. Raveena Tandon has also joined the star cast of the highly anticipated movie. Fans are quite excited to see Yash and Sanjay Dutt together on the silver screen. The makers of the film released the first look of Sanjay from 'KGF: Chapter 2' on his 61st birthday. The power struggle between Rocky and Adheera will form the crux of the story.

The movie is being produced by Vijay Kiragandur while Excel Entertainment is distributing it across several territories. 'KGF: Chapter 2' will be released in Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. Prakash Raj, Achyuth Kumar and Malavika Avinash will be seen in pivotal roles in the flick.
