New Delhi: Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar has returned to direction with ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’, which stars Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in lead roles. The upcoming film has been making waves ever since KJo announced the project. Movie buffs are quite excited to see the pairing of Ranveer and Alia once again after their successful collaboration in Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Gully Boy’. 

Karan shared a post on social media to inform the fans about that he would make a special announcement related to the film on Monday (November 29). He asked his followers to keep a tab on his Instagram handle to know the update. 

"I have a very special announcement to make for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Tomorrow at 1.50pm! Watch this space," Johar wrote on his Instagram story. 

Karan's post has left fans curious as they are expecting him to announce the release date of 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani'. The film also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi in key roles.

Karan is busy producing several movies and OTT projects these days. He shared a video on Saturday (November 27) to announce that Maheep Kapoor, Seema Khan, Bhavana Panday and Neelam Kothari have started shooting for 'Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Lives'. He posted a clip which gave us a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes shenanigans on the sets.

"Our favourite Bollywood wives are more fabulous than ever. Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives Season 2 is now filming," Karan wrote.

The 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' director recently announced 'Mr And Mrs Mahi' starring Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles. The film will hit the silver screens on October 7, 2022.
