The Shashank Khaitan directorial has received a massive response from the audience and it is already reflecting in Dhadak’s  first weekend collection. The Hindi remake of the Marathi film Sairat has minted Rs 33.67 crore in the first three days of release, which is a major feat for a movie featuring newcomers. Despite getting mixed reviews from the critics, the two leads of the romantic saga have been appreciated for their chemistry. All the bollywood actors and actresses including veterans like Javed Akhtar have appreciated the film. But aren’t you curious to know what was the first reaction of Janhvi’s father Boney Kapoor and sister Khushi Kapoor? Well obviously it must have been a special and surreal for them to seen Janhvi on-screen. In an interview with HT, Janhvi said, “Khushi was crying… She looked at me and said, ‘Why are you worrying?’ and then started crying again. Papa actually saw the film a month ago, and as soon as the screening was over, he went to the temple. That night he came to my room and held me tight and started crying.” Janhvi also penned down a special note for her mom and late legendary actress Sridevi which has been attached at the start of the film.
