After Big B & Abhishek Bachchan, Anupam Kher's Mother & Brother Test Positive For COVID-19

Anupam Kher shared a video on social media to inform his followers that his mother, brother and sister-in-law have tested positive for novel Coronavirus.

New Delhi: Veteran Bollywood actor Anupam Kher took to Twitter to inform the fans that his mother Dulari Kher has tested positive for COVID-19. The 'Saaransh' actor's mother has been admitted to Mumbai's Kokilaben hospital. He revealed that his brother Raju Kher, his sister-in-law and niece have also tested positive for the novel Coronavirus with mild symptoms. They have self-quarantined themselves in their house. The ‘Special 26’ actor's report has turned out to be negative. The 'A Wednesday' actor thanked the authorities at Kokilaben hospital for admitting hismother . He also requested his followers to get elderly people in the family tested if they are not feeling hungry. Kher tweeted, “This is to inform all that my mother Dulari is found Covid + (Mildly). We have admitted her into Kokilaben Hospital. My brother, bhabhi & niece inspite of being careful have also tested mildly positive.I got myself tested as well & I have tested negative. @mybmc is informed.!”

Sonam Kapoor wished for Kher's family members' speedy recovery. She replied, "Hope all get well soon."

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan have also tested positive for COVID-19. The father-son duo took to social media to reveal that they had tested positive for the virus. They have been admitted to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai. "I have tested Covid-19 positive .. shifted to Hospital .. hospital informing authorities .. family and staff undergone tests , results awaited ..All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested," Senior Bachchan tweeted.

The COVID-19 antigen test reports of Big B's wife Jaya Bachchan, daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and granddaughter Aaradhya Bachchan are negative. We wish Anupam Kher's mother and their family members a speedy recovery.
