New Delhi: Alaya F, who made her Bollywood debut with 'Jawaani Jaaneman', treated the fans with a new video on social media. Our tinsel town celebs are known for being fitness freaks and they don't miss any opportunity to hit the gym. Despite her jam-packed schedule, Alaya ensures that she continues to stay fit and healthy.  

The star kid posted a video on her official Instagram, giving weekend motivation to her fans. She can be seen stretching her leg during her workout session. “Trying to get that stretch back,” the caption for the post read.

From taking up fitness challenges to performing workouts at home, Alaya F leaves no stone unturned to stay in shape. Last week, she shared a video wherein she was seen practising Yoga to strengthen her core muscles. 

"Got very unfit over the last few months, I was so caught up in my work commitments that I stopped taking care of my body and lost a lot of my strength.. things that used to be so easy to do now feel so hard.. which can be so demotivating. But I’m slowly and steadily taking back control and inching towards a healthier, fitter, stronger me again," she wrote. 

On the professional front, Alaya will be next seen in Ekta Kapoor's 'Freddy'. She will share screen space with Kartik Aaryan in the upcoming romantic thriller, which has been directed by Shashanka Ghosh. Movie buffs are quite excited to see the fresh pairing on the silver screen.

Alaya also has the Hindi remake of 'U-Turn' in her kitty. She will also team up with filmmaker Anurag Kashyap for an upcoming film.
