Based on the book 'Bhendi Bazaar' by Vish Dhamija, the series will be directed by Amrit Raj Gupta of 'Gullak' fame. Abundantia Entertainment produces it.
'Daldal' stars Pednekar as Rita Ferreira, the recently appointed DCP of Mumbai, who is plagued by past guilt and current problems.
