Actor couple Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are reportedly set to tie the knot soon. The couple got engaged on August 8 in Hyderabad after two years of dating.

According to Hindustan Times, the much-anticipated wedding will take place on December 4. While the exact time remains under wraps, the couple has already decided on the auspicious muhurat. It is yet to be confirmed whether the ceremony will be in the morning or evening.

Although there has been speculation about the wedding being held in Rajasthan or abroad, it seems that the couple will honor family traditions by getting married at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. They are considering “four to five locations” for the celebrations.

The wedding is expected to be a traditional Telugu ceremony, incorporating rituals such as jeelakarra bellam, where the couple applies a cumin-jaggery paste to each other’s heads, similar to their intimate engagement and pasupu danchadam (crushing turmeric) ceremony held in Sobhita's hometown, Visakhapatnam.

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala aims to keep the wedding low-key, inviting only their closest family and friends. Alongside Sobhita’s family, members of the Akkineni and Daggubati families are expected to attend.

Chaitanya has previously expressed his thoughts on marriage, stating, “Marriage is about the people who mean a lot to me. It doesn’t have to be a big fat wedding; it should respect cultures and traditions.” 

The couple has kept their relationship private, only confirming their romance after getting engaged in 2024. They began dating in 2022 and made their first public appearance together at the ANR Awards.
