New Delhi: Sunny Deol's elder son Karan Deol had a lavish wedding ceremony with Drisha Acharya. The pictures and videos from the wedding have been trending on social media. After internet users posed questions about Dharmendra's second wife and actress Hema Malini along with her daughters Esha and Ahana Deol missing from all the wedding festivities, Esha Deol has now shared a heartfelt wish for the newlyweds Karan and Drisha.

Esha took to her Instagram stories and wrote, "Congratulations Karan and Drisha. Wishing you both a lifetime of togetherness and happiness. Lots of love."

According to reports, Esha Deol received an invitation to Sunny Deol's son Karan Deol's wedding; however, Esha and her sister Ahana Deol chose to skip the recent celebrations.

How Is Esha Deol Related To Karan Deol

Esha Deol is the elder daughter of veteran actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini. She is the half-sister of Dharmendra's sons Sunny and Bobby Deol, from his first wife- Prakash Kaur. Esha is thus, the step aunt of Karan Deol.

Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol have always been mentioned fondly by Esha Deol. Sunny and Bobby had skipped the wedding festivities of Esha when she wed businessman Bharat Takhtani in June 2012.

However, during Esha's wedding ceremony, actor Abhay Deol, their cousin brother, conducted various ceremonies. According to rumours at the time, Sunny and Bobby had chosen not to attend Esha's wedding because they didn't want to offend their mother Prakash Kaur.

Actor Karan Deol, the grandson of legendary actor Dharmendra, got married to Drisha Acharya, on Sunday, in Mumbai. In the company of friends and family, the couple wed in a private ceremony. Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Deepika Padukone were all present at the Deol family's lavish wedding reception for Karan and Drisha after the ceremony.

Karan Deol shared a love note for his wife Drisha as she shared first pictures from the wedding. He wrote, "You are my today and all of my tomorrows ❤️ The beginning of a beautiful journey in our lives. We are overwhelmingly thankful for the abundant blessings and well wishes that surround us!"
