PM Modi In Telangana And Odisha Today, Will Launch Multiple Projects Worth Over Rs 24,000 Cr
After Sangareddy, PM Modi will visit to Odisha to launch, dedicate, and lay the foundation stone for multiple development projects in Chandikhole, Jajpur.
On 2nd day of his 10-day tour across 12 states and union territories, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday will attend various events and unveil several projects in Telangana's Sangareddy, followed by a public speech. After Sangareddy, PM Modi will visit to Odisha to launch, dedicate, and lay the foundation stone for multiple development projects in Chandikhole, Jajpur. Later in the day, he will travel to West Bengal.
PM Modi In Telangana's Sangareddy
PM Modi will launch and lay the groundwork for development projects worth more than Rs 6,800 crores. These projects span several critical industries, including road, rail, petroleum, and natural gas.
The Prime Minister will launch and lay the groundwork for three National Highway projects. The Prime Minister will open two National Highway projects, including four lanes for the 40-kilometer Kandi to Ramsanpalle portion of NH-161. The project is part of the Indore-Hyderabad Economic Corridor and would enable smooth passenger and freight transit between Telangana, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh. The segment will also cut travel time between Hyderabad and Nanded by approximately three hours.
Speaking with reporters, Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy stated that PM Modi will visit the Sri Ujjaini Mahakali Temple in the morning and offer prayers, PTI reported.
The Prime Minister will open the Civil Aviation Research Organisation (CARO) facility in Hyderabad, which was established by the Airports Authority of India at Begumpet Airport to modernize and strengthen civil aviation research and development.
Built at a cost of more than Rs 350 crore, the cutting-edge facility meets 5-STAR-GRIHA Rating and Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) standards.
Modi will also inaugurate the first MMTS (Multi-Modal Transport Service) train service from Ghatkesar to Lingampalli via Moula Ali and Sanathnagar. This train service expands the popular suburban rail service in the Hyderabad-Secunderabad twin city region to new places for the first time.

PM Modi In Odisha
On March 5, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will dedicate and lay the foundation stone for several development projects worth over Rs 19,600 crore in Chandikhole, Odisha, amid reports of a possible electoral coalition between the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Biju Janata Dal (BJD).
PM Modi will lay foundation stones and inaugurate various projects in the oil and gas, railways, road, transport and highways, and atomic energy sectors.
His visit to Odisha coincides with the birth anniversary of former Chief Minister Biju Patnaik. It also comes amid the BJD's heightened demand that Biju Patnaik be awarded the Bharat Ratna.
After arriving in Odisha, the Prime Minister will launch the Indian Oil Corporation's mono ethylene glycol project at the Paradip Refinery, which will contribute to India's reduction in import reliance. Monoethyle glycol is used in the production of polyester resins, films, fibers, antifreezes, coolants, aviation anti-icing and deicing agents, and solvents.
He would also pull the curtain on a 344-kilometer-long product pipeline that runs from Paradip in Odisha to Haldia in West Bengal. Modi will also launch a 0.6 million metric tons per annum LPG import plant in Paradip, which will help to strengthen India's east coast import infrastructure.
The Prime Minister will also dedicate to the country four lanes of Singhara-Binjabahal Section of NH-49; four lanes of Binjabahal-Tileibani Section of NH-49; four lanes of Balasore-Jharpokharia Section of NH-18; and four lanes of Tangi-Bhubaneswar Section of NH-16.
He will also lay the groundwork for eight lanes on the Chandikhole-Paradip Section and dedicate the 162-kilometer Bansapani-Daitari-Tomka-Jakhapura rail line, which will not only increase the capacity of the existing traffic facility but also facilitate efficient transportation of iron and manganese ore from Keonjhar District to the nearest ports and steel plants.
Following the ceremonial events, PM Modi will address a public gathering in Chandikhol.
