ABP News-CVoter Opinion Poll: 64% Haryana Voters Want Narendra Modi As PM, NDA To Get 54% Votes, Says Survey

ABP News-CVoter Survey 2024: The BJP-led NDA is eyeing over 400 seats, while the opposition is going out all guns blazing against the PM Modi-led central government trying to turn things around.

ABP News-CVoter Survey 2024: The Lok Sabha elections are inching closer, and all the parties are in campaign mode and are leaving no stone unturned to rake in the maximum number of votes. The BJP-led NDA is eyeing over 400 seats, while the opposition bloc, I.N.D.I.A, is going out all guns blazing against the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led central government in a bid to turn things around and unseat the NDA.

Haryana, which has recently been in the news following the farmers' protest and the change in the Chief Minister, holds importance as it comprises the majority of Jat votes. Recently, Jayant Singh Chaudhary's RLD joined hands with the BJP ahead of the polls, which is being seen as a jolt to the opposition bloc, I.N.D.I.A. In the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, out of the 10 Lok Sabha seats, the saffron party swept the state and bagged all the 10 Lok Sabha seats. Amid the rising temperature in political circles ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, ABP News conducted an opinion poll in association with CVoter to understand the mood of the nation.

According to the survey, 64 percent of people want to see Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister, while 28 percent want to see Rahul Gandhi holding the top post. The survey has projected that the BJP-led NDA is set to get the majority of the votes with 54 percent, followed by the opposition I.N.D.I.A Bloc, which is likely to receive 40 percent of the votes.

The survey shows that 42 percent of people are very satisfied with the work done by the Centre. Around 25 percent of people are less satisfied with the work of the PM Modi-led government. According to the survey, 31 percent of people are dissatisfied with the government's work.

As far as the state government is concerned, the survey has projected that around 31 percent of people are very satisfied with it and 29 percent are less satisfied. The survey has predicted that 37 percent of people are dissatisfied with the work of the BJP government in the state.

The survey has projected that around 29 percent of people are happy and satisfied with the work done by the Chief Minister in Haryana, whereas 25 percent are less satisfied with the CM, and 38 percent of the total sample size is not satisfied with the work of the Chief Minister.

According to the ABP CVoter survey, 53 percent of people are very satisfied with PM Modi's work, 20% are less satisfied with the Prime Minister, and 26 percent are dissatisfied with the PM.

[Disclaimer: This survey was based on CVoter personal interviews conducted among 2,258 adults across India. Sometimes the table figures do not sum to 100 due to the effects of rounding off. The margin of error is +/- 3% at the macro level and +/- 5% at the micro level. We believe this will give the closest possible resemblance to the trends.]
