AAP Alleges Conspiracy As Avadh Ojha's Voter ID Not Transferred From Noida, To Approach EC
Delhi will go to polls on February 5 and the votes will be counted on February 8.

Delhi Elections: AAP leaders will meet Election Commission officials to raise the vote transfer issue of the party's candidate from Patparganj Avadh Ojha, party's national convener Arvind Kejriwal said on Monday.
Kejriwal will go the poll panel office at 3 pm along with Delhi CM Atishi, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, and Raghav Chaddha. Kejriwal said Ojha, who is a voter from Greater Noida, had applied to be a voter in Delhi but he has not received any information so far. Kejriwal said that it was an urgent issue since Ojha's candidature depended on the transfer of his vote so that he could file the nomination papers.
"The last date to fill Form 8 was January 7... CEO of Delhi issued an order where she said that the last date is 7 January. Mysteriously another order was issued saying the last date is 6 January. This is unlawful and against the guidelines of the EC... It seems something was conspired behind our backs...Has this order been issued to debar Avadh Ojha?... We will meet the CEC and demand that Awadh Ojha's vote be transferred to Delhi so that he can file his nomination papers," Kejriwal said during a press conference.

Kejriwal said although no appointment was given by the Election Commission (EC), the party delegation will go there and wait for a meeting with the chief election commissioner since the matter was urgent. The delegation will also raise the issue of multiple applications for registration of voters in addresses of the senior BJP leaders living in the New Delhi constituency, he added.
