'All Corrupts Have Joined Hands To Escape Anti-Scam Crackdown': PM Modi's Swipe At Opposition's Patna Meet

Ahead of next year's Lok Sabha elections, PM Narendra Modi on Tuesday took a swipe at the opposition's Patna meeting and said that all the corrupts have joined hands.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday lashed out at the opposition parties and their recent meeting that took place in Bihar saying that all the corrupts have joined their hands in Patna. The Prime Minister said that the parties have come together to escape the anti-scam crackdown. He said that corrupt leaders are trying to save each other. Notably, many opposition parties met on June 23 in Bihar's Patna to show the opposition unity ahead of next year's Lok Sabha elections.

"All the corrupts joined their hands in Patna's meeting. Opposition is trying to escape the anti-scam crackdown. The corrupt leaders are trying to save each other. My guarantee is I will not spare any of them and I will take every scamster to task," PM Narendra Modi said while addressing booth workers in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

The Prime Minister said, "Opposition is furious because BJP is going to win the 2024 elections so they are doing meetings and coming together...Opposition is the guarantee of corruption and scams. Congress only has done cons of crore rupees.  RJD, TMC, NCP all of them have a long list of scams."

"If they have the guarantee of scams and corruption then I also have one guarantee for all of you and it is I will not spare any of those who are involved in the corruption..." the PM said adding that today when action is being taken against them (Opposition), they are coming together and forming unity.
