25,000 Jobs, LPG Cylinder At Rs 400: BJP Releases Manifesto For Arunachal Polls
The BJP announced its manifesto for the upcoming assembly polls in Arunachal Pradesh.
The Bharatiya Janata Party on Wednesday released its manifesto for the upcoming assembly polls in Arunchal Pradesh promising 25,000 jobs for youth and women in government and non-government sector and LPG cylinders at Rs 400. Releasing the 'Sankal Patra', BJP national president JP Nadda said that if elected to the government, the party would work on the 'DTH' model which stands for development, transformation, and harmony.
Listing the poll promises, Nadda said the party would enforce 'Arunachal Gati Shakti Master Plan' under which the inrastructure for road, rail, and air will be given a boost across the state.
A corpus fund of Rs 1,000 crore will be set up to upgrade the existing schools and educational infrastructure in the state, Nadda said, adding another Rs 1,000 crore fund will be earmarked to boost the health infrastructure in the state inlcuding primary health centres, community health centres, and district hospitals.
Under Kisan Samman Nidhi, farmers will get financial assitance of Rs 9,000 as against the current amount of Rs 6,000.

The saffron party has promised 25,000 jobs for youth and women in the state in government and non-government sectors and an IT park would beset up in Itanagar which would generate 2,000 employment opportunities, Nadda said.
The BJP chief also promised that the LPG cylinder in the state would be provided at Rs 400 if elected to power in the upcoming polls.
The party also promised to upgrade the housing facilities of the government employees including the police personnel.
To promote the cultural heritage of the tribal groups in the state, a cultural mela will be held every year and a 'One Tribe One Weave' policy will be launched under which comprehensive support will be provided to artisans.
Nadda also said that the state will be developed as a destination for adventure tourism.
The elections to the 60-member Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly will be held on April 19 and the votes will be counted on June 4.
