New Delhi: The voting in Sadar Bazar constituency in the 2020 Assembly Elections took place on 8th February. Aam Aadmi Party Som Dutt is pitted against Bharatiya Janata Party Jai Prakash and Congress Party Congress Party Satbir Sharma candidate. Voting in Sadar Bazar Assembly was held on 8 February in which 65.63% voters exercised their vote. Counting of votes in Badarpur Assembly will begin today from 8 am, whose latest information will be available on this page.

  • 1993 Assembly Elections: In 2nd Assembly election, interesting battle was seen seen between BJP and INC here BJP candidate defeated his INC counterpart with a difference of 1339 votes.

  • 1998 Assembly Elections: In third Assembly election, INC candidate defeated BJP candidate with a difference of 16368 votes. Here, INC leader Rajesh Jain attained 32555 votes and BJP candidate Hari Krishan bagged 16187 votes

  • 2003 Assembly Elections: In 4th Assembly election, INC candidate defeated BJP candidate with a difference of 18079 votes. Here, INC leader Rajesh Jain attained 33144 votes and BJP candidate Prof. Raghuvansh Singhal bagged 15065 votes

  • 2008 Assembly Elections: In 5th Assembly election, INC candidate defeated BJP candidate with a difference of 14089 votes. Here, INC leader Rajesh Jain attained 47508 votes and BJP candidate Jai Prakash bagged 33419 votes

  • 2013 Assembly Elections: In 6th Assembly election, interesting battle was seen seen between AAP and BJP; here AAP candidate defeated his BJP counterpart with a difference of 796 votes.
