West Bengal NEET UG Counselling 2023: Schedule Announced, Registrations To Begin July 25

Candidates who have cleared the NEET UG 2023 Exam will be able to register for the West Bengal NEET UG Counselling 2023 on wbmcc.nic.in, from July 25 onwards.

The Department of Health and Family Welfare (DHFW), Kolkata has announced the schedule of the West Bengal NEET UG Counselling 2023. As per the official schedule, the online registration process for the West Bengal NEET UG Counselling 2023 will begin at 11:00 AM, July 25, 2023. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to register for the West Bengal NEET UG Counselling 2023, till July 28, 2023 (04:00 pm). However, candidates will be able to pay their counselling registration fee till July 28, 2023 (11:59 PM). NEET UG 2023 qualified who wish to take admissions in undergraduate medical programs at medical colleges/institutions in West Bengal can register for the West Bengal NEET UG Counselling 2023 on the official website - wbmcc.nic.in. 

Following the registrations of the West Bengal NEET UG Counselling 2023, the verification of registered candidates will be done on July 27, 28, and 31, from 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM. The list of successfully verified candidates and the seat matrix for Round 1 of the WB NEET UG Counselling 2023 shall be published on August 1, 2023. Candidates would then be able to fill and lock their choices online from August 1 (04:00 PM) to August 2 (11:59 PM). The Round 1 Final Seat Allotment Result will be released on August 5, 2023, following which, shortlisted candidates will be required to report at their allotted colleges from August 7 to August 9, from 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM. 

Notably, the West Bengal NEET UG Counselling to screen and grant admissions to NEET UG qualified candidates in undergraduate medical and dental courses offered by various government and private medical and dental colleges in the state, against the 85% State Quota seats. The 85% West Bengal State Quota seats in undergraduate MBBS and BDS courses are allotted by the West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC), through the state level online counselling.

August 5, 2023 (after 04:00 PM)

Reporting and Admission of allotted candidates to the allotted Institute with requisite original document, college requisite fee and bond (Once successfully re-verified they can get admitted in the allotted seat)

August 7, 8 and 9, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM
