The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced that the SSC CHSL 2023 Application process will start from May 9, 2023. Interested candidates will be able to submit their SSC CHSL 2023 Applications online on ssc.nic.in, once the application window opens on May 9, 2023. 

The commission took to twitter on January 14, 2023, to announce the commencement of the SSC CHSL 2023 Registration process. “Online application process for the SSC CHSL 2023 Exam scheduled to be held in July, August, will commence from May 9, and end on June 8, 2023,” read a tweet from the official twitter handle of the SSC. 

As per the twitter announcement, the SSC CHSL 2023 Exam will be held in the months of July and August 2023. Notably, the online application process for the SSC CHSL 2022-23 was concluded recently by the commission on January 4, 2023. The SSC CHSL 2022 Application Correction Window was closed on January 10. 

SSC CHSL 2023: Exam Overview

The SSC CHSL Exam is a national-level exam conducted by the Staff Selection Commission for recruitment into various “Group C” posts of several Departments, Ministries, and Offices of the Government of India. 

The SSC CHSL Exam consists of a two-stage written examination followed by a Skill Test/Typing Test. Candidates who qualify in the SSC CHSL Tier-1 Exam qualify for the Tier-2 Exam and so on. 

For some posts on offer through the SSC CHSL Recruitment, candidates will also be required to pass the Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Standards Test and Medical Standards Test, in addition to the written Exams. SSC CHSL 2023: Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the SSC CHSL 2023 Exam, interested candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria: 

Educational Qualification - 12th Pass or equivalent from a recognized board or university

Age Limit - 18 to 27 years
