PSSSB Recruitment 2021: The Punjab Subordinate Service Selection Board (PSSSB) has invited online applications for the recruitment of the Warder and Matron posts oin its official website. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the posts online at sssb.punjab.gov.in on or before May 31, 2021.

This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 847 vacancies, out of which, 815 vacancies are for Warder (only for Males), and 32 for Matron (only for females). 

Educational Qualification:

1. Warder: Candidates applying for the position should have passed the class 12th board examination and must have Punjabi as a subject until class 10th as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in Punjabi language. 
2. Martron: Candidates applying for the position should have passed the class 12th board examination and must have Punjabi as a subject until class 10th as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in Punjabi language.

Age limit:

Candidates applying for the PSSSB recruitment should be between 18 to 27 years old. 

Application fees:

Candidates belonging to the general category are required to pay an application fee of Rs 1000, while for SC/BC/EWS candidates, the registration fee is Rs 250. The board will charge Rs 200 as the application fee from the Ex-Servicemen and Dependent candidates.
