MRPL Recruitment 2019: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has released an official notification inviting applications for Graduate Apprentice Trainee and Technician Apprentice Trainee posts on its official website – mrpl.co.in. The online application process is scheduled to commence from Thursday, 18th April, 2019 and conclude on Friday, 17th May, 2019. Vacancy Details: A total of 195 vacant apprenticeship posts will be filled up via this recruitment. Below is a detailed overview of apprenticeship vacancies at MRPL. Graduate Apprenticeship Training Chemical Engg. – 29 Posts Civil Engg. – 7 Posts Electrical & Electronics Engg. – 8 Posts Electronics &Communication Engg. – 10 Posts Instrumentation Engg. – 9 Posts Mechanical Engg. – 24 Posts Total number of posts in Graduate Apprenticeship Training – 87 posts Technician Apprenticeship Training Chemical Engg. – 27 Posts Civil Engg. – 7 Posts Electrical & Electronics Engg. – 15 Posts Electronics & Communication Engg. – 12 Posts Instrumentation Engg. – 6 Posts Mechanical Engg. – 26 Posts ​Commercial Practice – 15 Posts Total number of posts in Technician Apprenticeship Training – 108 posts Eligibility Criteria Graduate Apprenticeship Training: Candidates must possess a Degree in Engineering recognized by Board of Technical Education / UGC/AICTE in the respective discipline with minimum 55% aggregate marks (relaxation for reserved categories). The candidate must have passed the qualifying exam in the year 2016, 2017 and 2018 only. Technician Apprenticeship Training: Candidates must possess a Diploma in Engineering in the respective discipline (Diploma in Commercial Practice for Commercial Practice post) to apply for the relevant training slot in the subject field with minimum 55% aggregate marks (relaxation for reserved categories). The qualifying degree/diploma must be recognized by Board of Technical Education / UGC/AICTE in the respective discipline The candidate must have passed the qualifying exam in the year 2016, 2017 and 2018 only. For more clarification, candidates are advised to refer to the detailed advertisement of MRPL Recruitment Alert 2019. Selection Process MRPL will organize a written test to select the candidates. The written test will comprise of 50 Multiple Choice Based Questions from the respective discipline, domain or subject. Each question will carry an equal weightage of 1 mark and there will be no negative marking. The medium of question paper is set as Bilingual i.e. English & Hindi. The MRPL can conduct an additional written/screening test for selected candidates based on their performance in the written test. Pay Scale Graduate Apprenticeship Training: The fixed stipend of Graduate Apprenticeship Training is set as 10,000/- per month.
