SSC Constable GD Recruitment 2021: The last date for applying for recruitment to 25271 posts of Constable (General Duty) drawn by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is 31st August, 2021. If you have passed the high school exam, you can apply online for these posts and be a part of the recruitment. SSC will select candidates for BSF, CISF, ITBP, Assam Rifles (AR) and SSF through this recruitment. 

The total number of posts of Constables (GD) is 25271. This includes 7545 posts of BSF, 8464 posts of CISF, 3806 posts of SSB, 1431 posts of ITBP, 3785 posts of Assam Rifles and 240 posts of SSF. 

Important Dates:
Applications for these posts began from July 17, 2021. The last date of online application has been fixed as August 31, 2021. The last date for submission of application fee is September 2, 2021.

Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
Candidates who have passed 10th from any recognized board can apply to these posts of Constables. The minimum age of applicants should be 18 years and maximum age should be 23 years. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in age limit as per rules.

Application Fee:
The application fee for general, EWS and OBC category applicants is Rs 100. Applications for all other classes and women are free. Application fee can be deposited online.
