According to the official notification, a total of 2,968 constable positions will be filled up through the Meghalaya Police recruitment drive. The vacancies include armed branch constable, battalion constable, MPRO GD, constable handyman, MPRO operator, etc.

The minimum education level for this recruitment drive ranges from passing 9th grade to holding a Bachelor's degree in any field or completing 12th grade. Candidates must note that the selection will be based on the marks scored in the written examination, followed by physical and medical tests. The Meghalaya police constable written exam date will be announced in due course of time.
