A total of 11, 850 youth received their appointment letters in the employment fair today. While the letters were initially slated to be distributed by the Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, he eventually couldn't make it to the event owing to some reasons, Hazaribag Deputy Commissioner Nancy Sahay said.
