BPSC Teacher Recruitment 2023: Written Exam Result Likely Soon On bpsc.bih.nic.in

The BPSC Teachers Recruitment Exam 2023 was held from August 24 to 26, in the offline OMR mode at designated exam centres across Bihar.

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is expected to release the BPSC Teacher Recruitment Exam Result 2023 soon. Candidates who participated in the BPSC Teacher Recruitment 2023 and appeared for the written examination will be able to check their results soon on the official website - bpsc.bih.nic.in. Candidates will be able to check and download their results using their login credentials on the official website. Earlier, the commission also notified candidates through an official notice on its website that they will be able to download their OMR sheets by logging into the official website from October 1 to October 10, 2023. 

Notably, the BPSC conducted the Bihar Teacher Recruitment Exam on August 24, 25, and 26 at designated exam centres across Bihar. The exam was conducted in the offline OMR mode where the exam paper consisted of both objective as well as subjective type questions. The Bihar government aims to fill a total of 1,70,461 school teachers at various levels in government schools across the state through the BPSC Teachers Recruitment drive 2023.

Following the conduct of the teachers’ recruitment exam though, the BPSC also allowed candidates who participated in the teachers’ recruitment for Classes 1 to 5, to re-upload their documents till September 29, 2023. “Those candidates who participated in the BPSC Teachers’ Recruitment 2023 for Classes 1 to 5 and have uploaded incorrect/ erroneous documents can re-upload their documents from September 26 to September 29, 2023,” the commission said in an official notice.

As per the official notification, school teachers for Classes 1 to 5 and Classes 9 to 12 will be recruited through the BPSC Teachers’ recruitment Drive 2023. The total number of vacancies under the recruitment include 79,943 teachers vacancies for Classes 1-5, 32,916 for Class 9-10, and 57,602 for Class 11-12. However, the proposed number of vacancies are tentative in nature and are subject to change based on the requirements of the state government.
