APPSC Recruitment 2019: The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission has released a notification inviting applications to fill 430 vacancies for the posts of Forest Beat Officer (FBO) and Assistant Beat Officer (ABO) in Andhra Pradesh Forest Sub Service. The online submission of applications for this recruitment bonanza will commence from 5th March 2019 on the official website of Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APSC) – psc.ap.gov.in. The last date for submission of online applications is 27th March 2019 whereas the last date for payment of application fee is 26th March 2019. Vacancy Details: Forest Beat Officer – 330 posts Carried forward posts – 17 Fresh posts – 313 Assistant Beat Officer – 100 posts Carried forward posts – 09 Fresh posts – 91 Important Dates: Online application submission begins – 5th March 2019 Online application submission ends – 27th March 2019 Last date to pay application fee – 26th March 2019 Date of Screening Test – 26th May 2019 Date of Main Exam – August 2019 (tentatively) Eligibility Criteria: The candidates must have passed Intermediate Examination or its equivalent. Candidates must read through the detailed physical eligibility standards in official advertisement to ascertain their eligibility before applying. Official Advertisement for APPSC Recruitment 2019: 430 FBO and ABO Posts Age-Limit: The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 30 years as on 1 st July 2019. Age relaxation rules apply as stated in the official advertisement. Selection Process: AP PSC will organize a screening test held on 26th May 2019 in case the applications exceed 25,000. The Main Exam is likely to be held in August 2019 for the qualifying candidates. Pay Scale: For the post of Forest Beat Officer in A.P. Forest Sub-Service - The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 16,400 - 49,870/- For the post of Assistant Beat Officer in A.P. Forest Sub-Service - The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 15,030 -46,060/- Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs. 250/- towards application processing fee and Rs. 80/- (Rupees eighty only) towards examination fee online. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC/unemployed youth are exempted from payment of examination fee (Rs.80/-).
