CGBSE 10th, 12th Result 2019: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) will release CGBSE Class 10th and 12th Result 2019, today, 10th May 2019 on its official website - cgbse.nic.in and result’s portal results.cg.nic.in. The results is likely to e announced at 1 pm today. Nearly 6 lakh students are awaiting the results of Chhattisgarh Board March 2019 High School and Higher Secondary exams which were held from 1st to 23rd March 2019 for Class 10th and from 2nd to 29th March 2019 for 12th standard. CGBSE is expected to hold a formal Press Conference for declaration of results at its headquarters - Chhattisgarh Pareeksha Bhawan, Raipur.

Last year, the Board had released results on 9th May 2018 registering a pass percentage of 68.04% for class 10th and 77% for class 12th. The pass percentage for girls of class 10th and 12th stood at 69.40%  and 79.04% respectively. Boys trailed behind at 66% and 74.45% pass percentage for class 10th and 12th, correspondingly.

Students and parent awaiting their results must keep their exam admit cards ready as information like Roll Number, Register ID etc would be required to check CGBSE Exam Results 2019 online. Students can follow the steps below to download their result once it is released by the Board.

How to check CGBSE Class 10th and 12th Result 2019?

Step 1 – Visit the official website – cgbse.nic.in
Step 2 – Under Student’s Corner in the left sidebar, Click on the Exam Results tab
Step 3 – Click on the result you wish to check viz:
High School Examination Results 2019
Or
Higher Secondary Examination Results 2019
Or
Higher Secondary Vocational 2019
Step 4 – Click on Main Examination
Step 5 – Enter your roll number and captcha code on the next page and submit
Step 6 – Your Scorecard will be displayed
Step 7 – Download your result and take a printout for future reference

This year, pass percentage of class 10th is 68.02% which is lower than last year. In 2018, it was 68.6%.

This year, pass percentage of class 12th is 78.43% which is higher than last year. In 2018, it was 77%.

Nisha Patel has topped class 10th board exam this year. She hails from Raigarh and has scored 99.33% in class 10th board exam to secure first rank.

Yogendra Verma is class 12th topper in Chhattisgarh. He secured 97.4% He is from Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh.
