Mid-Income Housing: DDA General Housing Scheme 2024

For the mid-income and high-income categories, the DDA has launched the General Housing Scheme 2024, also known as the Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme. Under this scheme, 5,531 flats are available, with prices ranging from Rs 29 lakh to Rs 2.18 crore.

The scheme offers a mix of LIG, medium-income group (MIG), and high-income group (HIG) flats. Registration begins on August 22, 2024, and flat bookings open from September 10, 2024. The scheme will also run until March 31, 2025, with flats located in areas such as Jasola, Lok Nayak Puram, and Narela.
