New Delhi (India), July 20: On the international stage of full contact karate, Kolkata's Shyamantak Ganguly etched his name in history by securing an impressive 3rd place in the 80kg category at the highly anticipated Open World Cup Full Contact Karate Championship 2023. The prestigious tournament, held on 30th June and 1st of July in Szolnok, Hungary, showcased the intensity and dynamism of this unique discipline, where fighters are permitted to deliver powerful strikes in pursuit of victory.
