The exit polls after a disastrous Lok Sabha season have once again gone horribly wrong in the recently concluded Haryana and J&K assembly elections. All the exit polls predicted a Congress victory in Haryana, but the results were exactly the opposite, and the BJP won. In J&K, pollsters were directionally right but most predicted a hung house with the National Conference (NC)-Congress alliance in the lead. Memes on social media trolled pollsters that exit polls should now exit. So
