ABP LIVE Auto Awards 2025: When And Where To Watch The Ceremony

The ABP LIVE Auto Awards 2025 wrapped up in Gurugram on April 25, marking the third edition of one of India’s most credible honours in the automotive industry. Bringing together top innovators, industry leaders, and cutting-edge machines, the awards celebrated outstanding contributions across design, innovation, performance, and sustainability.

Hosted by ABP Live, this year’s edition showcased the rapidly evolving landscape of the Indian automotive sector, from high-performance models to electric mobility solutions, setting new benchmarks for the future.

Mahindra Thar Roxx, Bajaj Freedom 125 Among Top Winners

Dominating the four-wheeler segment, the Mahindra Thar Roxx clinched three major titles — Car of the Year 2025, SUV of the Year, and Off-roader of the Year. Meanwhile, Bajaj Freedom 125 stood out in the two-wheeler category, earning the coveted Bike of the Year 2025 title.

Among other key winners, Hyundai Creta took home the Facelift of the Year award for its revamped design and technology enhancements. Premium Family Car of the Year went to Kia Carnival, and Maruti Suzuki Desire won the Sedan of the Year category.

In performance categories, the Aston Martin Vantage grabbed Supercar of the Year, while Skoda Kylaq earned Sub-compact SUV of the Year. The Luxury Car of the Year title went to the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, while the Mercedes-Benz EQS won Luxury SUV of the Year, and BMW i5 was awarded Luxury EV of the Year.

Auto Awards 2025: When And Where To Watch

In the two-wheeler segment, Suzuki GSX-8R won Design of the Year, while Hero Xtreme 125R secured Value for Money Bike of the Year. For those who missed the action live, the ABP LIVE Auto Awards 2025 will premiere on April 28 at 6 PM on YouTube/@abpliveauto.

The evening also spotlighted industry leadership, with Santosh Iyer, MD & CEO of Mercedes-Benz India, awarded Business Leader of the Year. Hyundai Motor India was crowned Car Manufacturer of the Year for its consistent performance and innovation across segments.

The winners were selected by a  jury panel featuring Somnath Chatterjee, Auto Editor at ABP Network; Achintya Mehrotra, Rally Driver and Automotive Expert; and Jatin Chhibber, Automobile Journalist and Producer at ABP Auto LIVE.
