2025 Volkswagen Tiguan R Features: What Is The Expected Pricing For This SUV?

This new generation Tiguan will be coming to India as a CBU and in limited numbers only while we expect the pricing to be around Rs 50 lakh.

Let's take a look at the feature list of the new Tiguan R in India. Coming in R spec it will be fully loaded while standard it will get LED Plus headlamps, 19 inch alloy wheels, rear LED lamps and a sportier R Line look.

Inside the SUV will get features like R Line embossed sport comfort seats, illuminated R logo on the dashboard, customisable 30 colour ambient lighting, seats with massage function and adjustable lumbar support plus more. The new Tiguan R Line also has Air Care Climatronic (3-zone), Park Assist Plus with Park Distance Control and wireless charging for  2 Smart Phones.

The 12.9 inch touchscreen will support the latest Volkswagen OS, ADAS features would be on offer too along with a 10.3inch digital driver display. Other standard features would be a panoramic sunroof, dualzone climate control and more.

The new Tiguan R will come with a 2.0l turbo petrol engine and AWD technology. Standard would be a dual clutch automatic while the engine will produce in excess of 200hp.

The other aspect that we will talk about would be the expected price since the earlier Tiguan was a CKD but it never came to India in R spec while now you have a more powerful R spec.
