Make all the necessary preparations for the ritual worship. After bathing, commence the puja during the auspicious time in the evening. Perform abhishek (ritual bath) of the Shivling with cow's milk, curd, ghee, honey, and Gangajal. Apply white sandalwood paste to the Shivling and offer Belpatra, Madar flowers, Bhang, and other ritualistic offerings. Conclude the worship by performing the aarti.
