Pawan Kalyan Announces 3-Month Break From Film Shoots To 'Serve People Of Andhra Pradesh'
The Jana Sena leader explained that he had apologized to producers for his temporary unavailability, assuring them that he would serve the people of Andhra Pradesh.
Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and actor Pawan Kalyan announced on Wednesday that he will take a three-month hiatus from film shoots to focus on his political responsibilities. Speaking at a public meeting in his Assembly constituency, Pithapuram, Kalyan emphasized his commitment to his constituents, promising to occasionally dedicate one or two days to film shoots when possible.
When fans shouted the name of his upcoming film, "OG," Kalyan responded humorously, asking if they thought he had come to act in movies. "I have to ensure that you don't criticize me for not even filling potholes on the roads. That's why I need to fulfill my promises first. Otherwise, you will ask me why I am doing 'OG' instead of serving you," Kalyan stated, drawing loud cheers from the crowd, according to a report on IANS.
