Pakistan High Commissioner attends Iftar at Nizamuddin dargah

New Delhi [India], June 4 (ANI): Pakistan's High Commissioner to India Sohail Mahmood, attended Iftar at the Dargah of Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia in New Delhi.

As per a release by the Pakistan High Commission, Mahmood was welcomed by Sajjadah Nasheen Dewan Tahir Nizami, Dewan Moosa Nizami and other members of the Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia Spiritual Foundation.

He along with Foundation's Chairman Moosa Nizami served Iftari (evening meal during Ramzan) to a large number of devotees present at the dargah.

Further, he took part in a traditional ceremony of 'dastaarbandi' administered by Dewan Moosa Nizami.

He then paid obeisance at the Shrines of Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia and Hazrat Amir Khusro.

Eid, which marks the end of holy month of Ramzan, is expected to fall on 14-15 June as per the position of the moon. (ANI)
