A step towards encouraging specially-abled children
New Delhi [India], August 28 (ANI): A one of a kind fashion show was recently organized for specially-abled children from Tamana Special School.
The children walked the ramp as they wore clothes especially designed for them by the students of Pearl Academy.
The students studied needs of specially-abled children and designed a collection that was featured at the event.
"It was a pleasure to be a part of this heart-warming fashion show organized by Tamana Special School. The show was aimed to cheer the children with special needs. At Pearl Academy we want students to understand inclusion and diversity are important to make India a better place and, this was our way to contribute to the society by sharing little joys with these very special children," said Professor Nandita Abraham.
