Describing voting as a "prime" duty, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday urged personalities, including Pranab Mukherjee, Rahul Gandhi, Mamata Banerjee, Ratan Tata and P V Sindhu, to encourage people to exercise their franchise in the Lok Sabha elections beginning April 11.
