After trailing in the early hours of counting, the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) managed to establish a comfortable lead over Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) candidate Digvijay Singh Chautala in the Jind assembly seat in Haryana. After 6 rounds of counting, BJP was seen leading with a margin of 26412 votes. JJP was trailing behind with 16306 votes while the Congress was on the third spot with 9937 votes.
