UPSC 2017 toppers Sagar Kumar and Vishal Mishra share their success story at ABP News' toppers summit

UPSC rank 13 holder Sagar Kumar Jha hails from Bihar's Chainpur village of Bihar. While Vishal Mishra  who scored 49 in UPSC 2017 exams is from Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur.
They both shared the difficulties which they faced in their UPSC journey.
