SC paves way for opening dance bars in Mumbai & other cities in Maharashtra

The Supreme Court paved the way for opening of dance bars in Mumbai and other cities in Maharashtra. The court also relaxes stringent conditions imposed by state government for getting licences for dance bars.
The court quashed conditions of Maharashtra government of putting CCTV cameras in dance bars of Mumbai, giving licence to people of good character as 'vague'.
